PeoplesLab Calendar ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by FRAIA AI. We are committed to protecting your privacy when you use our multi-account calendar availability aggregation service.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in or link a Google Workspace account to PeoplesLab Calendar, we collect only the minimal data required to provide our scheduling service:
- Account Profile Information: Your name, primary email address, and profile avatar URL provided via Google OAuth.
- OAuth Credentials: Encrypted Google OAuth refresh tokens required to read calendar availability on your behalf.
- Calendar Free/Busy Schedules: Real-time start and end times of scheduled events on your linked Google Calendars to calculate team availability.
- Scheduled Meeting Metadata: Event titles, descriptions, times, and guest email addresses for meetings you explicitly create through our app.
2. Google User Data Disclosures & Limited Use Policy
PeoplesLab Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we commit to the following strict protections:
- No Data Selling: We never sell, rent, or trade Google User Data or calendar information to third parties under any circumstances.
- No Advertising Use: Google User Data is never used or transferred for serving advertisements, retargeting, or credit scoring.
- No AI/LLM Training: Google User Data (including calendar events and emails) is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve machine learning or Artificial Intelligence (AI/LLM) models.
- Limited Human Access: No humans read your calendar event details unless explicitly required for technical troubleshooting with your prior consent or for security investigations.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information strictly to perform the following core features:
- To aggregate and render visual free/busy availability grids across your connected Google Workspace accounts.
- To schedule Google Calendar meetings and automatically generate Google Meet video conferencing links when you request a meeting.
- To enforce organizational domain whitelisting security policies.
4. Data Storage and Security
All application data and OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted inside a private, self-hosted Kubernetes infrastructure. Access tokens and API calls are executed over secure TLS/HTTPS channels.
5. Data Control, Unlinking, and Deletion
You retain full control over your connected accounts at all times:
- You can unlink any secondary account at any time via your in-app Settings page.
- You can instantly revoke PeoplesLab Calendar's access to your Google Account at any time via Google Security Settings.
