1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PeoplesLab Calendar ("Service"), provided by FRAIA AI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PeoplesLab Calendar is an availability aggregation and meeting scheduling application designed for team members who manage multiple Google Workspace accounts. The Service allows authorized users to connect Google Workspace calendars, calculate overlapping free/busy intervals, and schedule meetings with automated Google Meet video links.

3. User Obligations and Account Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Connect only Google Workspace accounts that you own or have explicit authorization to manage.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and OAuth access links.
• Comply with organizational domain whitelisting policies configured for your deployment.
• Not use the Service for automated spamming, unauthorized calendar scraping, or malicious activities.

4. Google Workspace Integration

Our Service integrates with Google Workspace APIs. Your use of Google Calendar features through PeoplesLab Calendar is subject to Google's Terms of Service and API Policies. You may revoke Google Calendar access permissions at any time through your Google Account security settings.

5. Service Availability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted availability and accurate calendar synchronization, we do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that access will be continuous.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRAIA AI and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including missed meetings or schedule conflicts.
